Our story
Who We Are
We are Visalia Import Services Center, run by Chuck and Jeremy right here on E Acequia Avenue. We built this shop on a simple idea: explain the problem in plain language, quote a fair price, and fix it right the first time.
Families across Visalia keep coming back to us, not because we chase business, but because we treat every car like it is our own. Whether it is a stubborn AC system or a check engine light nobody else could pin down, we take the time to get it right.
We work on import and domestic vehicles alike, and we would rather tell you the truth about what your car needs than sell you something it does not.
- Fair, straightforward pricing
- Chuck and Jeremy on every job
- Trusted by generations of Visalia families
- Import and domestic vehicle specialists
What customers say
“If you are looking for an honest and competent mechanic look no further. The price per hour is cheaper than two other places I called. But what is more important is that Chuck is very polite and upfront about everything and he diagnosed the issue in a timely manner. He comes across as someone who has integrity. I will be bringing my car to him from now on.”
“Chuck and the rest are phenomenal. Took care of our family for the better part of two decades. They are honest to the degree that you would want all mechanics to be. Our family wouldn't buy domestic almost purely because Chuck was our guy. One in a million, I know several family members that could go on about him too.”
“Chuck and Jeremy are great guys who always do a great job of taking care of the customer! I have been coming here with my first car since I bought it. He's always taken care of me. 10/10 recommend coming to see them for all your car needs!”
